How a handmade tie is made<\/strong>
\nThe soul is the fabric placed inside the tie and constitutes its support. The flap consists of a front part, the wider one called the shovel and a rear part called the tail. The lining is instead the rear fabric between the flap and the core. The tie is basted and once sewn, it ends with the flat fell seam, using a silk single sewing thread. This thread is also called SLIP-STITCH, it does not have any knot, starts from the inferior tail and arrives to the anterior shovel. How to choose the right tie length<\/strong>
\nThe correct length of the tie must coincide, when knotted, with the belt of the trousers. According to the height of each one, it is therefore possible to choose the appropriate size. For a height of less than 1.65 m the Short version (140 cm) is recommended, while for a height between 1.65 m and 1.88 m the Standard size (148 cm) is recommended, while for people with a height greater than 1.90m Long tie (155cm) is available.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
