As for the Shirts and Knitwears, we believe for the moment both items, due the too many customizations, can only be made with our esclusive worldwide service wherever you are “BESPOKE PRIVATE TAILOR SERVICE”.
Despite this, we are working with industry specialists in order to create an ad hoc program, where our customers will be able to order their shirts with all its multiple customizations.
The term “limited edition” is indicative for items available only for some quantities or unique pieces. The same are made with exclusive fabrics of the highest quality and in some cases worked with an exclusive design of its kind; finally they will be enriched with their corresponding uniqueness seals. Today you will find “Limited Edition” items for Coats, Casual Jackets, Jackets and Ties.
For items that require the choice of size or number, their specific tables are provided with the correspondence in the available sizes on a worldwide scale of the different anatomical parts, furthermore there is the possibility of being able to contact our “customer care” which will provide prompt assistance; from today also through whatsapp for more immediate answers in order to help the customer in the best choice of his size or number.
A real peculiarity for the customers of our traditional Neapolitan tailoring is to give the possibility to “customize” most of the articles directly on the online shop of our website. This is possible for items where the word “customize” is present within the product sheet; through this option, through a special image drawn, you can view the specific position of where the initials will be made. These can be indicated in a special box “insert initials” always placed inside the product card. When the order is placed, the initials will be hand-embroidered by our craftsmen with “coral color in the block font” silk; only for shoes, the initials will be engraved only on the right shoe in tone on tone color and in italic font.
