INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CARE OF PRODUCTS
Taking care of the high tailoring Giammarco Saviano product allows you to enjoy for a long time its authentic and refined beauty.
To preserve them over time, we recommend to follow these care guidelines.
- We advise you to be careful not to scratch or rub any product against abrasive surfaces, especially for leather items.
- We advise you, when it is not possible to hang the garment on a special hanger, to place it where it will be possible in a delicate manner in order to preserve its integrity, especially for very delicate mother-of-pearl buttons.
- We advise you, for all products made with precious and delicate materials such as: silk, cashmere, wool, vicuna, linen, leather and etc., to pay maximum attention when wearing them in order to avoid direct contact with beards, earrings and surfaces that may cause their damage.
- We advise you to keep items, especially leather ones, away from excessive humidity and prolonged and direct exposure to sunlight.
- We advise you to keep any product away from direct heat sources (radiators, car interiors during the hot season, etc.).
- We advise you to avoid contact with fatty substances, cosmetics, perfumes and hydroalcoholic solutions.
- We advise you to keep all our products, even more so if they are leather ones, away from excessive exposure to water. If they get excessively wet, dab with a white and smooth absorbent cloth, without using phon, soaps or solvents.
- We advise you, If the products get dirty or stained slightly, to dab them gently with a soft, light and slightly wet cloth.
- We advise you, to rely on laundries specialized in the sector to wash or iron all our products in order to guarantee the perfect integrity of the product, furthermore using the dryer is absolutely not recommended.
- We advise you, in order to further protect the products when not wearing them, to store them in their special precious packaging provided at the time of purchase.
- We advise you, in order to further protect your shoes after wearing them, to put the cedar wood shoe trees inside them; these will allow them to perform their active function (this process is explicit in the illustrative brochure), all provided at the time of purchase.
- We advise you not to throw away our luxurious packaging for their functionality as reported above and for their refined value.
- We advise you, to protect the garments when not wearing them, to place them on our special wooden crutch in order to maintain their perfect perpendicularity. If you do not have to wear the garments for longer period or for a change of season, put them in their protective travel case, all provided at the time of purchase.
- We advise you to pay close attention to opening the zipper of our travel case, in order not to damage the item contained inside.

WHAT IS PERSONALIZATION AND HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PRODUCT?
If this service is active for the searched item, a “Customize" box will appear on the product page. By selecting this option it will be possible to indicate the initial (s) in the box below entitled “insert initials", furthermore you will be able to see among the images of the article where the initials will be embroidered. These will be embroidered by hand in block letters and in coral color, except for the shoes category the initials will be engraved in the italic font in tone on tone only on the right shoe, also in this case you can indicate the initials in the box below entitled “insert the initials", you can also see among the images of the article where the initials will be engraved.

Yes, all our products are handcrafted in Naples in a traditional way and exclusively Made in Italy.
IMPORTANT TO KONW
The purchase of our hand-made product must be done with awareness.
It’s about choosing items made with manual/artisan techniques and not with industrial methods, and consequently purchasing a product that is considered unique.
It is precisely the uniqueness, originality and attention to detail that make the handmade product different from each other, which is why you will hardly find two identical products.
Furthermore, for those who have an inexperienced eye in this matter, they may detect “small imperfections" both in terms of workmanship and in terms of materials; these are not to be attributed to a defect but to the peculiarity of the handmade and the characteristic of the material, yet another certification of the creation entirely by hand.
They represent further intrinsic characteristics of our fine artisanal product, helping to give it further authenticity.
An example could be for “natural" leather items, these are processed in barrels without pigments, waxes and fixatives; should there be signs or slight color irregularities, we would like to inform you that they are a completely natural peculiarity of the specific leather.

Another example can be for articles with leather “crust”, which, not being applied the final finishing processes such as dyeing, oiling or other treatments, allow a wide customization of color given by shades made entirely by hand and this will ensure a further great value and authenticity. If the shades differ slightly between if we would like to inform you that they are one of the peculiarities of this process.
