ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE

The age of 18 is an essential element in order to make a purchase order.

Select the products you wish to purchase on the website, choose the size where required, add the products to the “Shopping Cart” by clicking on “Add to Cart”.

You can add a product or several products to the “Shopping Cart” and this can be changed at any time before “Proceed to Checkout”.

The conclude order” occurs after adding the products to the “Cart” and processed the costs of products and shipping.

In case the received order cannot be executed, our customer service will contact you, at the e-mail address provided during the purchase, within ten (10) days from the date of the order received.

The Seller has the right to refuse the return of any product that does not bear the 2 elements previously mentioned, or products whose essential and qualitative characteristics have been altered or that have been damaged.

You can track the shipping status of your products by entering the tracking number (communicated to you by e-mail) directly on our courier’s website.

RETURN POLICY

SPECIAL CONDITION FOR RETURNS OF CHRISTMAS SEASON:

Returns of products without personalization may be returned until January 15th of the following year, provided that they comply with the following general conditions.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

For the return request you must write to info@giammarcosaviano.com and we will provide the instructions to be respected.

The payment of the costs for the return of the purchased products will be made directly by giammarcosaviano.com provided that the return is made through the same forwarder who made the delivery and using the same integral package of receipt with the words “To be paid by the recipient".

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be reimbursed to the customer only if the purchased items are returned.

There are 3 types of solutions:

Credit: As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases.
Refund: Return of the amount paid. The refund will be made as soon as the items are checked. The refund will be made through the same channel used for the payment. The processing times required to obtain the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.
Change: It is possible to change for a different size, a different color of the same item or choose another product, if available on the site. In this case the costs that the customer will incur will be those inherent to the transport of the new product chosen.

The right of withdrawal is understood to be correctly exercised if, in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the previous points, the following conditions are also fully satisfied:

a. The products have not been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered and must not show any signs of use.

b. Products must have all original identification tags, labels and warranty seals still in force.

c. The products must be returned in their original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.

d. Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

e. The products must be delivered to the courier no later than 15 working days from the date of receipt of the same.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the terms and procedures indicated in this section, the seller will refund the amounts paid to purchase the products. Giammarco Saviano Tailoring Napoli reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

Giammarco Saviano Tailoring Napoli will proceed, as quickly as possible, to reimburse the sums paid by the user (in any case, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products themselves) by crediting the amount to the means or payment solution used for the ‘purchase.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the giammarcosaviano.com website is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code in relation to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized at the express request of the buyer when ordering. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of items created specifically by giammarcosaviano.com specifically for the customer. By way of example and not limited to, the following products are certainly excluded from the withdrawal: Articles of the Leather jackets category, articles of the Shoes category and personalized items with the customer’s initials.

In order to guarantee full customer satisfaction, we offer as a courtesy, only in the first purchase, the possibility to change size when the product is made to order.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails. In case of inconsistencies, discrepancies or divergences of interpretation between the Italian and English versions, the Italian version will prevail.

For any dispute, the competent court is that of Naples. The European Commission grants consumers the possibility to resolve disputes online, pursuant to Art. 14 Par. 1 of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) on the platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
